The trick, is, of course to take 99% of your photos 30min before, during, and 30min after sunrise or sunset :)

You seem to be having the same problem as a lot of people (myself included) which is that your camera is an hour off for one of the daylight savings times, in this case an hour ahead during the winter. I adjused this picture and a few others that were obviously off back by an hour; in this case it went from being dated 1 hour and 16 minutes after sunset to just 16 minutes after sunset, which looks about right.
